HAYLO People are experts in Personal Injury, Safety and General Insurance recruitment. We’re seeking an experienced Workers Compensation Claims Administrator to manage the accurate and compliant administration of workers compensation wages and claims in Sydney.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit fortnightly workers compensation wage spreadsheets
- Identify and resolve wage discrepancies including PIAWE, allowances and loadings
- Verify wage calculations using InjuryMaster and insurer requirements
- Prepare and submit wage reimbursement schedules and complete reconciliations
- Act as the key contact for insurer wage and claims enquiries
- Maintain accurate records, inbox management and claims system updates
