Are you organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing a high-volume caseload? Our growing law firm is looking for a Case Manager to handle 150–200 workers’ compensation files and oversee each case from start to finish.

What You'll Do:

• Manage day-to-day progress on a full caseload (150–200 files)
• Maintain continuous communication with clients
• Draft and send letters to clients, opposing parties, and the court using Microsoft Word and Excel
• Prepare and file documents in EAMS (DORs, C&Rs, Stips, exhibits, etc.)
• Request and follow up on medical records from providers
• Calendar hearings and deadlines for attorneys
• Maintain and update case files in Meruscase (preferred)
