Job Description

Provide administrative and coordination support for Workers' Compensation cases, ensuring timely documentation and communication.

Responsibilities

• Send PR-2 and work status reports
• Follow up on RFAs
• Coordinate with adjusters, attorneys, and NCMs
• Maintain accurate WC case records
• Communicate via phone, email, and fax

Qualifications

• WC or healthcare admin experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Familiarity with WC workflows
• HIPAA training required (or willingness to complete upon hire)
• Non-clinical role

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
