What you’ll be doing

• Design and exploit API integrations to connect platforms and systems (Shopify, Amazon, NetSuite); ensure integrations are secure, scalable and maintainable.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing integrations to minimise downtime and disruption.
• Perform regular health checks and maintenance on integrations for continuous operation.
• Collaborate with all Yoto departments to understand workflows and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency.
• Engage with external stakeholders to streamline processes and improve system interoperability.
• Evaluate, implement, and manage tools that automate and optimise workflows across the organisation; ensure tools are user-friendly and provide training as needed.
