The Role
There is a growing demand for migrating from existing groupware systems such as Notes, as well as other customized internal workflow tools, to ServiceNow and other workflow-related services and solutions. Additionally, the need for operational advancement through the implementation of ServiceNow is increasing. We anticipate that customer expectations for standardization and optimization using ServiceNow will continue to grow, and to further strengthen our support for clients, Kyndryl is seeking talent in this area.
