Role: Workforce Analyst (Five9 Admin)
Location/Type: Ormoc City, Philippines

You'll keep the center running smooth. Build reports, run dashboards, and support agents live—no waiting on analysts or approvals.
What you'll do
Configure campaigns and queues (Five9 or similar)
Pull/export call data (CSV-style)
Build ops-facing Excel reports
Run live dashboards and metrics
Support agents and leads in real time
Solve with formulas—not manual work
Automate repeat tasks (SQL/Python a plus)
