Workforce Analyst

Workforce Analyst
to own forecasting, staffing, and coverage across multiple high-volume campaigns.

What You'll Do

• Build weekly staffing forecasts by campaign
• Monitor adherence, attendance, and productivity
• Identify coverage gaps and recommend staffing adjustments
• Partner with Recruiting and Training on hiring needs
• Deliver clear workforce reports to Operations and Leadership

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years in workforce planning or call center analytics
• Experience in outbound call center environments
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Data-driven, detail-oriented mindset
• Comfortable in fast-paced, KPI-driven operations
