Workforce Analytics Lead

About the Role

We’re looking for a Workforce Analytics Lead to build and manage the company’s Shadow Layer — the analytics backbone that powers utilization tracking, attendance health, and workforce stability. This role owns the creation of data-driven workforce intelligence tools, including utilization scoring, EOD bot metrics, idle-time alerts, and attendance risk flags, ensuring operational leaders have real-time visibility into performance and capacity health.

₱60,000 - ₱85,000 a month

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement the Workforce Utilization Score, integrating data from time logs, active accounts, and productivity indicators.
• Develop and maintain EOD bot analytics, automating daily performance summaries and activity reporting.
• Build real-time dashboards to flag idle, at-risk, or unassigned talent for proactive redeployment.
