Workforce Architecture Skills Analyst

**Role purpose**The Workforce Architecture Skills Analyst supports the delivery and continuous improvement of HSBC's Workforce Architecture services, with particular emphasis on the skills service but also including Job Architecture, Position Management.Working closely with the Global Architecture Service Lead, this role helps maintain high-quality data, guidance, and processes that underpin key People strategies such as recruitment, learning, career development, and workforce planning.The role provides an excellent opportunity to build deep expertise in People architecture, data, and service delivery within a global organisation.
