About the Role
Chandler Macleod are seeking an experienced Workforce Planning & Capability Consultant for our Federal Government Client, The successful candidate will support the organisation’s People team in ensuring the workforce is fit‑for‑purpose, compliant, and aligned to current and future strategic requirements.
 
This role will suit a senior consultant or specialist with deep expertise in workforce planning, capability frameworks, APS workforce methodologies, and organisational design.
