Accountabilities:

  • Daily Toolbox Meeting
  • Customer Concerns
  • Customer Retention
  • Site Safety Orientation
  • Click Up Monitoring and Updating: Status (Tagging), Employee Position, Employee Sub-Position, Date Active, and Payout Details
  • Customer performance appraisal/evaluation
  • Preparation: Back to work order, Leave form, Incident Report (IR) (Minor Offenses) Notice to Explain (NTE), Authority to Deduct (ATD) Form and Attachments, Off-boarding documents (Resignation Letter, Exit Interview Form, and Clearance, Company ID)
  • Client Concerns: Client report needed and Client requirements.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Issuance
  • On-site incident handling (initial information): Damage/ Lost Breakage Report (LBR)
  • Person-in-Charge Training and Coordination
