About the Role

Are you passionate about workforce development and ready to take the next step in your career? The PTA is looking for a motivated individual to join our dedicated Workforce Development team as a Development Program Coordinator. In this position, you will provide vital program and administrative coordination to deliver workforce development initiatives and programs that address the current and future needs of our workforce.

Your key responsibilities will include leading recruitment, induction, onboarding and coordinating training, and stakeholder management across various workforce development programs. You’ll work with various PTA divisional management branches, professional bodies, TAFEs, colleges, tertiary institutions, and program participants to ensure the success and impact of these programs.
