Job Description
As a Workforce Lead , reporting to the Workforce Manager within the Administrative/Clerical department, you will oversee site workforce management, including labor relations, scheduling of camp accommodations and travel logistics, and ensuring compliance with collective agreements. This role ensures workforce stability and operational efficiency while fostering strong relationships with unions and internal stakeholders.
