Job Description

JSC is responsible for providing back-office support to the business units of Jardine Group by administrating transactional and rule-based activities. We aim to deliver world-class services to our internal customers in a cost-efficient manner via process harmonization, application of state-of-the-art technologies, automation and process simplification.


The Workforce Lead is responsible for managing workforce planning, scheduling, and real-time operations to support hotel reservation accounts across channels. This role ensures optimal staffing, efficient resource utilization, and consistent achievement of service level agreements (SLAs). The position plays a key role in driving operational efficiency in a fast-paced BPO or hospitality environment.
