Key Responsibilities

• Create accurate forecasts, staffing plans, and schedules to meet service level goals
• Monitor real‑time performance and take intraday actions to address gaps (OT, reforecasting)
• Manage agent schedules, adherence, and productivity
• Track time, attendance, and work patterns
