Workforce Management Design & Governance Sr. Analyst

We are establishing a team to build, deploy and sustain the deployment of a new technology platform, at the same time as evolving ways of working and strengthening WFM capability.

Overview

The WFM Change Governance Analyst will support the execution and global delivery of change governance process and tools. This role will work in partnership with WFM Design and WFM Pay & Policy sector teams to identify continuous improvement opportunities, manage the approvals and functional documentation of all the changes that are required by the sectors. This role will manage and co-develop the WFM global template via process design and controls identification and developing or updating documentation.
