DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assess daily staffing requirements and assign staff to gaming tables (open/closed) accordingly.
• Assist with onboarding new employees as needed
• Organize, coordinate, and manage work schedules and rotations for gaming tables, ensuring smooth operations and optimal attendance
• Partner with HR and Team Managers to manage time-off requests, approve schedules, and ensure all positions are filled to meet staffing needs
