GXO Logistics is looking for a Workforce Manager to strengthen our Operations organization and drive workforce performance across multiple Business Units in the Netherlands.

What you do on a typical day

As Workforce Manager, you operate within the centrally managed Workforce Management (WFM) organization and play a key tactical role between strategy and operations. You are responsible for building, managing, and optimizing a future-proof and cost-efficient workforce across one or more Business Units.
