Monday to Friday Day Shift | Training Provided
Join Pacific National – Australia’s largest private rail freight operator
Every day we move millions of tonnes of critical freight across the country. We’re now looking for a hands-on, safety-focused Casual Labour Planner to join our Intermodal team. This team plays a key role in making sure our crews and labour are scheduled efficiently to keep operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
Plan and roster train crews and labour to meet operational needs
Make day-of changes and variations to keep the schedule on track
Coordinate with operations teams to solve scheduling challenges
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service delivery
Support new and existing service rollouts
