Overview

SPX Express is hiring a Workforce Planner for Operations at the Sorting Center in Calamba, Laguna. This role focuses on forecast modeling, capacity planning, scheduling, real-time monitoring, and ensuring alignment of forecasts with strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Forecast modeling and capacity planning to meet strategic goals, with collaboration and effective communication to ensure forecast alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee WFM tasks and strategies, including forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, and real-time monitoring.
• Interface with leaders to understand fast-changing business needs and update plans where necessary.
• Lead projects and improvements to drive efficiencies within the team.
• Coordinate with third-party partners on headcount requirements and monitor agency performance and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (any field).
