Workforce Planning Coordinator

Job Purpose

DP World is currently seeking a Workforce Coordinator to join the team based at our Port Botany Terminal on a 12-month fixed-term basis (maternity leave cover). In this role, you will play a key role in collating, evaluating, and delivering efficient workforce planning solutions by managing daily rostering and leave planning, while working closely with Operations and HR teams to forecast requirements and identify opportunities for improvement. This is a full-time opportunity, working Monday to Friday, for the duration of the fixed-term contract.

• Prepare accurate, compliant rosters aligned with operational needs and Enterprise Agreements/Awards.
• Escalate rostering issues and recommend process improvements for efficiency.
