  • Preparation: Back to work order, leave form, Incident Report (IR) (Minor Offenses), Notice to Explain (NTE), and Notice of Decision (NOD), Authority to Deduct (ATD) Form and Attachments, Offboarding Documents (Resignation Letter, Exit Interview Form, ID, and Clearance)
  • Daily Time Record (DTR) Collation
  • Client Concerns
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Issuance
  • Person-in-Charge Training and Coordination
  • Timekeeping
  • Workforce Management (WFM) Customer Record Entry
