This position combines frontline cleaning responsibilities with supervisory duties to ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, quality control, and customer satisfaction are consistently achieved. As a newly created role designed to support the continued growth of the company’s janitorial operations, the Working Site Lead Supervisor will play an important role in staff support, training, inspections, and operational coverage.
