Job Description

The ASMPT team is looking to immediately fill the following position at its Vienna location!
Your responsibilities include:
Assist with order entry and validation in SAP ERP systems and other systems
Support order tracking and status updates for internal teams and customers
Help resolve order-related issues, including missing information or discrepancies
Collaborate with logistics, finance, and sales teams to ensure timely order fulfilment
Participate in process improvement initiatives and documentation updates
Provide administrative support for the EMEA Order Management team
Your qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (preferably in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field)
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook); SAP knowledge is a plus
