**What you'll build**



+ Review Customer Contracts: Review and evaluate requests for exceptions to standard customer contracts for our learning products, gaining insight into unique business scenarios

+ Optimize Key Processes: Evaluate our current exception review process and actively work to optimize it. You will have the opportunity to leverage modern AI capabilities and tools to drive efficiency
