As a Working Student in our People Operations Team, you will support core HR processes such as onboarding, payroll preparation and data management, while contributing to process improvements and engagement initiatives. This way, you’ll gain broad insights into modern People Ops and help create a smooth employee experience at Temedica.
Your Role with us
Support in People Ops processes across the employee lifecycle (e.g. onboarding & offboarding, document management, data maintenance in Personio)
Take ownership of recurring tasks and ensure they are completed reliably and on time
