Job Description
Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Workload Automation Engineer to own, operate, and continuously improve enterprise batch scheduling environments in a complex production landscape. The role requires strong ownership of batch operations, incident resolution, disaster recovery readiness, and administration of scheduling platforms at both operational and engineering levels.
Required Skills & Experience Strong expertise in enterprise scheduling tools (e.g., Control-M, Autosys, Tivoli Workload Scheduler, $Universe, VTOM) Proven experience in batch troubleshooting, administration, and workflow engineering Hands-on experience installing and configuring scheduling platforms in complex IT environments Deep knowledge of scheduler migrations and version management Ability to own incidents end-to-end and work independently Strong organizational and communication skills Experience with escalation handling and high-impact production environments
