Workplace Endpoint Engineering

IT Workplace is accountable and responsible of the management and innovation of an efficient IT Workplace Management for Generali Group Legal Entities working with GOSP s.r.l., including provisioning and management of standard workplace devices and infrastructures, Virtual Desktop & Application management, Mobile Device Management, Printing Service, Connectivity Smartphone and Tablets services.

The Workplace Endpoint Engineer is Responsible of the IT Workplace devices software provisioning and update via MS System Center, Intune - Autopilot − Client Operating System (OS) image, MS Office suite management e.g. driver management , standard software images required by Cyber Security, disk encryption. The Workplace Endpoint Engineer has to collaborate within the unit and with other workplace and Infrastructure Operations unit (e.g. O365, Server Management, Identity Management..) to define and manage the technical Group standards for the management of Laptop, Virtual Desktop, Print...
