**Job description**

The Workplace Experience Senior Lead is responsible for designing and managing the overall employee experience within Stryker’s desktop and digital workspace; driving workplace technology innovation to enhance employee experiences and productivity.

**Lead Workplace Technology**

+ Drive efforts to implement innovative technologies that enhance employee productivity and experiences.
+ Scale workplace solutions to align with organizational goals and evolving employee needs.

**Implement Workplace Services Strategy**

+ Contribute to and execute the EDT Workplace Services strategy to deliver cohesive and impactful end-user services with customer-centric mindset.

**Collaborate with Technology Operations Teams**
