[Key Tasks & Responsibilities]

  • ベンダーマネージメント

  • 設備保守サービス(例:HVAC、UPS、消防設備、ビル管理システム(BMS))を提供するベンダーマネージメント

  • 契約交渉、経費、予算管理のサポート

  • ヘルプデスク&サービスリクエスト

  • 設備に関するヘルプデスク業務(例:機器の故障、メンテナンスリクエスト)、ユーザーからのリクエストへの対応
