Job Description

What does the job look like?

As a Workplace Relations Advisor, you will be at the forefront of driving our industrial relations strategy across a highly diverse, blue-collar workforce. You will provide specialist advice to management and stakeholders to support operational efficiencies and improvements across our business. This permanent role is based at our NSW office in Kemps Creek and working within a highly collaborative and specialist workplace relations team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert workplace relations and policy advice to site managers and leadership teams.

  • Develop a strong understanding of Enterprise Agreements to drive operational efficiency and change implementation.

  • Manage a high-volume caseload involving grievances, disputes, breaches, misconduct, and other workplace issues.

  • Support and manage the end-to-end enterprise bargaining process.
