Workplace Relations Specialist

Sharp & Carter is delighted to be partnering with a highly regarded Australian organisation to appoint a talented Workplace Relations Specialist. This is not a purely reactive ER role. You will be a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, delivering commercially balanced, pragmatic and compliant employee relations guidance while helping shape enterprise-wide ER/IR capability and frameworks.

The Opportunity
Reporting to the Employee Relations Manager, you will manage a diverse portfolio of complex and high-risk employee and industrial relations matters across a large, multi-site workforce.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading complex ER cases, investigations and dispute resolution matters

Providing expert advice across employment legislation, awards and enterprise agreements

Partnering closely with senior leaders and HR on sensitive and confidential issues
