Job Description

You will support maintenance mechanics and facilities staff by performing maintenance responsibilities such as furniture moving, simple electrical projects, spot painting or cleaning, light construction or exterior clean-up. You will work with outside contractors on facilities and equipment repairs.

Your Responsibilities

• You will oversee daily operations across four businesses: vendors, maintenance, vehicles, and security, ensuring immediate response to all service needs.
• You will lead operational staff including cleaning personnel, maintenance people, and security teams.
• You will manage vendor relationships for services such as building maintenance, security, CCTV, HVAC, UPS systems, painting, and vehicle fleets.
• You will ensure documentation is provided and maintained, especially those required by EHS protocols.
