Workplace Technology Engineer

Description We are looking for an experienced Workplace Technology Engineer with strong expertise in IT infrastructure and modern workplace technologies to support secure, scalable, and efficient enterprise environments. Mandatory Skill(s) Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent hands-on experience; Must have 7+ years of experience managing workplace technology and IT infrastructure environments; Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 technologies such as Intune, SharePoint, Purview, Defender, DLP, and endpoint management tools; Good understanding of IAM, Microsoft Entra ID, JML processes, and privileged access management; Familiar with Zero Trust security concepts, network security, and identity federation; Experience supporting enterprise network environments including WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, DHCP, and TCP/IP; Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
