Works Council Secretary - Ambtelijk secretaris

**WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR**

We are seeking a Works Council Secretary who will provide objective, impartial and highly organized executional support to the Works Council at Nike, Inc.

The role ensures continuity, structure and clarity in all Works Council operations while upholding confidentiality and operational excellence.

+ Up‑to‑date knowledge of the Dutch Works Council Act (WOR)
+ Ability to remain impartial, objective and maintain confidentiality
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Dutch
+ Ability to work with ambiguity, change and pressure
+ Strong organizational skills: tracking actions, archiving and scheduling.
+ Comfort with research, legal developments and operational execution
+ Ability to foster teamwork and value difference
