Project Execution & Operations Prepare, lead and guide project execution from mobilization, installation to demobilization. Plan and execute site operations in alignment with project requirements and local regulations. Set up project sites, manage import/export of equipment and materials under the direction of the Project Manager. Ensure all works comply with safety, health, environmental, and quality standards. Lead daily dredging and reclamation works, including marine equipment, pipelines, and support vessels. Implement and monitor operational execution plans, resource utilization, and progress control. Monitor production targets and ensure strict compliance with contractual obligations.
