Job Summary: The Scaffold Site Manager is responsible for overseeing all scaffolding operations on site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, project specifications, and timelines. This role requires a hands‑on leader with extensive technical scaffold knowledge, legal liability awareness, and the ability to manage teams across day or night shifts. Key Responsibilities Site Operations Management Plan, coordinate, and supervise all scaffold activities. Allocate resources efficiently for day or night shifts. Ensure scaffolding structures meet design specifications. Safety & Compliance Enforce OSH Act and Construction Regulations. Implement Fall Protection Plans and conduct HIRA.
