We are recruiting for an experienced Works Manager to join this business in Stockport.

Key Skills required of the Works Manager:

• Must have at least 4+ years working experience as a Welder Fabricator
• Must have at least 3 years working experience in a supervisory role, experience in building, mentoring, and supervising welding teams
• Strong Knowledge of Steel/Aluminium Fabrication is required
• Fabricate and Weld to Drawing (As Required)
• Inspection experience
• The ideal Works Manager will be a strong link between the Management Team and Workshop
• Must have ability to organise / prioritise workload.
