About the role

We are seeking an experienced Workshop Controller to lead and coordinate daily workshop operations at our Eagle Farm Pre-Delivery site. This role is responsible for ensuring vehicle reconditioning and pre-delivery work is completed efficiently, safely, and to brand standards while maximising productivity and throughput.

Reporting to the New and Used Car Reconditioning Manager, you will be a key link between technicians, quality control, and dealership stakeholders.
