Workshop Executive

1- Responsible for achieving targeted workshop productivity, efficiency and labour sales through effective utilization of 3-in-1 as a management tool.

2- Responsible for the handover of vehicle to Service Advisor with all customer request duly attended as promised.

3- Ensure strict compliance to company's policies and procedures pertaining to warranty jobs, cash and credit cards.

4- Ensure prompt submission of well documented special service campaigns, technical report and fix-it-right programs.

5- Monitor & manage daily B&P workshop operations.

6- Compliance to Toyota B&P standard operating procedures.

7- Strategize in carrying out marketing activities and expand spotter network, to achieve B&P targets.

8- Responsible for effective utilization of 3-in-1 system to monitor WIP, back order, follow up, appointment and service reminders.
