Hedz Recruitment Specialists is looking for an experienced Workshop Foreman to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced workshop environment.
Minimum Requirements:
Valid Passport
5-8 years experience as a Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanic AND Foreman
Red Seal Trade Certificate: Diesel Mechanic Heavy Duty
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
Hands-on experience with Cummins M10 & M11 and Volvo (new ecomode engines)
Expertise in Kalmar and Hyster equipment, including 45-ton forklifts and reach stackers
Proven experience managing teams of 40 staff
Experience in the Logistics / Transport industry advantageous
