Position: Workshop Foreman

Requirements

• Grade 12
• Diesel Mechanic / Earth Moving Mechanic Trade Test
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the earth moving equipment industry, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or foreman role.
• Strong understanding of earth moving equipment
• Proficiency in workshop management software and MS Office Suite is an advantage
• Valid driver’s license required

Responsibilities

• To oversee and coordinate all workshop activities, ensuring the efficient maintenance, repair, and servicing of earth moving equipment
• Delegate tasks effectively and coordinate activities to achieve timely outcomes
