Workshop Foreperson

**DESCRIPTION**

We are looking for a talented **Engine Workshop Foreperson** to join our team specialising in day-to-day service supervision for our Service Operations Workshop in **Leeds, United Kingdom** .

This is a permanent role working 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Thursday 8.00am – 4.45pm and Friday 8.00am – 12.30pm.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

+ Carry out complex diagnostics, troubleshooting, repairs, and rebuilds on a range of Cummins engine products.
+ Lead daily workshop operations, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity targets are consistently met.
+ Coach and mentor technicians and apprentices, sharing your expertise and supporting their development.
+ Apply documented procedures and service tools to deliver high-quality repairs and preventative maintenance.
