Workshop manager (automatic division)

Job Purpose

To lead and manage the automatic transmission workshop, ensuring high-quality repairs, efficient operations, and strong team performance while meeting productivity, turnaround time, and customer satisfaction targets.

Key Responsibilities 1. Workshop Operations Management Oversee daily workshop activities, ensuring efficient workflow and job allocation Monitor turnaround times and ensure jobs are completed within agreed deadlines Maintain high standards of workmanship on all automatic gearbox repairs 2. Technical Oversight Provide expert guidance on automatic transmission diagnostics, repairs, and rebuilds Support technicians with complex fault-finding and technical challenges Ensure all repairs meet OEM and company quality standards 3.
