Workshop Manager

Our workshop in Hillcrest, Kwa Zulu-Natal, is looking for a Workshop Manager. MUST have a valid driver's license! Applicant who has previously worked for an aftermarket service center such as BOSCH, e-Car, Car Service City, CARtime, Car Care Clinic etcc, will be given preference. Requirements: Must be able to speak English and Zulu Customer service skills Communication skills Comprehension skills Mechanical expertise Troubleshooting skills Math and writing skills Computer skills Automotive Service Advisor. Responsibilities: Greeting customers and directing vehicles to an available technician. Consulting with technicians about needed repairs and alternatives that can be offered in place of expensive repairs.
