Workshop Manager

To manage all aspects of the workshop as per a standard franshised dealership.

You will be responsible for, with the assistance of the Dealer Principal, the complete running of the workshop, ensuring superior customer satisfaction, maintaining at least 95% FRFT, ensuring all work is completed timeously, all OEM reporting and conformance is adhered to, correctly structuring your department and implementing and managing all processes, and ultimately ensuring that the desired and agreed financial returns for the department are met or exceeded on a consistent basis.
