Workshop Manager

NTT Nissan Sandton is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Workshop Manager to lead and manage our service workshop operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, operational efficiency, and compliance with Nissan standards while driving workshop profitability.

Requirement

• Proven experience as a Workshop Manager or Senior Foreman within a dealership environment
• Strong technical knowledge of automotive systems (Nissan experience advantageous)
• Excellent leadership, people management, and communication skills
• Strong administrative, planning, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet operational targets
• Valid driver’s license
• Computer literacy (dealer management systems)
