Workshop Manager & Technical Trainer (AC8205)

A large transport and logistics organisation operating across Papua New Guinea is seeking an experienced Workshop Manager / Technical Trainer to lead workshop operations and support the ongoing development of technical personnel across its heavy vehicle fleet.

This position is ideally suited to a strong workshop leader with extensive heavy vehicle experience who enjoys mentoring teams, improving systems and driving workshop performance rather than remaining purely on the tools.

Working closely with operational teams and senior management, you will oversee workshop productivity, maintenance quality, fleet reliability and technical training initiatives across the business.
