Workshop Supervisor

As an international EPC contractor specialized in delivering complex projects for the global energy sector, we are looking for a Workshop Supervisor to join our team.
In this role, you will manage the Project/Country workshop facilities and related resources, guaranteeing an efficient maintenance and repair service for the company's fleet of heavy machinery and mobile plant.Key Responsibilities:- Workshop & Operations Management: Plan, schedule, and allocate day-to-day maintenance and repair jobs within the workshop and across project sites (including remote areas/right of way); - Fleet Maintenance: Supervise and execute all levels of servicing, troubleshooting (mechanical and electronic), and repairs on earth-moving equipment, lifting equipment, trucks, and specific Oil & Gas machinery (e.G., pipelayers, bending machines); - Team Leadership: Manage, prioritize, and delegate work to a small mobile team of mechanics, ensuring safety compliance, performance monitoring, and hands-o...
