We are looking for a hands‑on, dependable, and technically capable IT professional serving as a Senior Technical Support resource within the business and taking ownership of our workshop operations. This role is best suited to someone who can coordinate day‑to‑day workshop flow, allocate and follow up on technician work, troubleshoot independently, and bring stronger structure, urgency, and accountability to the technical department.
